to travel and study with the Meridian Arts Ensemble  in the USA.  

Awarded Australian Arts Council grants in 2002 and 2005  
(Seventh Chapter Ensemble)to present concerts of contemporary  
music concerts featuring new local and international composers.   

Awarded Queensland Arts Council grant to record and release a CD 
of new brass works featuring Australian composers.
