"The human condition"
I’m inspired by consumerism and the role the media
and advertising play in our perceptions of the
world; the filtration of information and the
connotations that are more often than not forced
upon us, affecting the way we feel and think about
who we are and what our roles are in society.

I’m merely expressing my observations of the human condition. Each day I watch stereotypes going about their daily routines. I think, I draw and write about them and wonder what each one would be like if there were no such thing as convenience.
We’re exchanging our voices for the synthetic opinions of the media.

There is also a lot of personal expression in most of my works. Painting is the one real honest way in which I can express myself and possibly even be heard or understood. “Untitled” 2005-06

The beauty of art is that it has the potential to ‘break’ through the barriers of conservativeness caused by commercialism, if only more people paid attention. Artists Profile // Artists Gallery // Artists Contact
