Pir Tareen has held more than 10 one man exhibitions in Australia
and Rome. Group exhibitions of his artwork have been on
display throughout Europe, Asia,and Australasia.
Pir's works distinguish themselves for the elegance of the composition,
structure and charm of colour hue and the harmoniousness of objects...
The choice of figurative art is seen not as an academic solution but
as the gfruit of an awareness of an artistic concern. He uses
beautiful, bold use of colour and pigment to portray the
lyrical aspects of the subject matter.
Pir has been published in books, appeaared on National television
regularly, has had his paintings publishedin prints and calenders.
A well known and published painting of his is that of the
Storey Bridge in Brisbane.

Pir is a master painter and sculptor with over thirty years of training
and experience behind him. He studied his Masters qualifications at
the Fine Art Academy in Rome.
