I like to work both functional and decorative forms, in a more contemporary 
style, with simple shapes, but I also like the figurative style for my art works. 
My preferate medium is porcelain. Also, I would like to share my skills with 
talented people from the community to produce quality art works 
through community art projects.


 

Qualifications

2005 Community Arts Network, SA Course: Graduate Diploma in Community Cultural Development.

1999 Stage at Higher Institute of Industrial Arts, ISIA Faenza, 
Italy (offered by the Italian Government) subject: a ceramic design 
object (teapot) for the artistic industry.

1996 Academy of Arts Faculty of Design and Decorative Arts-Bucharest, 
Romania Course: Bachelor in Fine Arts specialization Ceramics (six years full time).

The above qualification includes a teacher's diploma.

Modus Operandi

I have an experience for more than 15 years in the Art industry. I have participated in 
personal and group exhibitions, both in Australia and overseas where I have exhibited my 
sculptural and functional ceramics. One of my favourite products are “The portrait 
vases” that I successfully sell. I have coordinated two community cultural development 
projects where I worked collaboratively with the community in creating a series of paintings. 
Last but not least I taught Art both in the school program and after hours and I look 
forward to do my own Art and teaching in the future.
